After answering a few questions, record a 1 minute video and send it to your coach. You will recieve feedback within 1 working day with: comments directly on the video, some key tips, and specific exercises to train and improve.
You will thus be able to continue building on your strengths and train according to your specific need.
A coaching session comprises of 3 videos sent to your coach in order to allow for some proper improvement.
Following the session, your coach will provide you with your XXXXXX: the main points from your coaching that you always need to keep in mind before any public speaking.
